Saurabh advises clients on a range of matters across sectors, including, private equity and venture capital funds, purchasers, promoters, start-ups and listed companies in relation to restructuring, acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures and issues related to company law and securities law.
In particular Saurabh has experience in drafting and negotiating a wide range of documentation in relation to investment deals, private equity, venture capital and mergers and acquisitions, including domestic and foreign investments and advising on e-commerce space, retail, manufacturing, and services in relation to fund raising, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, structuring, collaborations and exits.
