Anumeha apart from advising lead managers involved in fund raising activity has also advised clients on a range of matters across sectors, including issuers from core industries like mining, infrastructure, manufacturing and others like finance, logistics and service industries, in relation to public offerings, private placements, rights issues, buybacks and bond issues.
