Swathi is a graduate of Hidayatullah National Law University and has experience in advising clients including investors, insurance corporations, banks, purchasers and borrowers on a range of matters and across sectors, such as e-commerce, service, manufacturing, coal mining, financial services and pharmaceuticals. She has, amongst others, advised clients in relation to strategic investments, joint ventures, business restructuring, compliance review, drafting and negotiating agreements and other related matters.
In particular, Swathi has experience in advising on matters related to foreign direct investments, overseas direct investments, foreign exchange regulations governing imports and exports, internal restructuring of companies, drafting and negotiating investment agreements, share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, joint venture agreements, business transfer agreements and real estate agreements and advising on matters related to labour and employment.
In her spare time, Swathi enjoys traveling and classical dancing.
