Deepak has more than 12 years of
experience in advising clients on contractual and regulatory issues pertaining
to the development of infrastructure projects. He has also worked on numerous
projects which have been implemented on public private partnership
model.
His practice particularly focuses on risk
assessment, regulatory advisory, transaction structuring and drafting project
documents in the various sectors under infrastructure such as power (conventional
and renewable), ports, mass rapid transit systems and highways, water
supply, solid waste and e-waste management, waste to energy projects, and urban
infrastructure including real estate. His scope of advice also includes title
diligence and acquisition of land for infrastructure projects.
