Identification of issues and mitigating the issues, make go /not go decision and prepared due diligence report. Drafting all types of documentation (i. e., JDA, ATS, GPA, Settlement, SPA, Sale, Lease, Rent, Assignment, Sharing etc.,).
In particular, she has experience in advising clients on Real Estate and both properties related litigation filed.
In her spare time, Tulasi likes reading books, and enjoys travelling.
