Quadros is a graduate from Pravin Gandhi College of Law (University of Mumbai)
and is part of the Firm’s litigation and dispute resolution team. She has around2
years of experience advising clients on a range of matters across sectors,
including operational/ financial creditors, banks, service providers, etc.
related to corporate and commercial disputes before various forums including the
High Court, City Civil and Sessions Court, Trial Courts and various tribunals
(DRT), (NCLT).
In
particular, Meryl has experience in advising on matters related to Banking and Commercial
disputes, Insolvency and Bankruptcy disputes, Arbitration proceedings, Recovery proceedings, Real
Estate proceedings before several forums.
Meryl
has co-authored on a variety of subjects including on Legally Sports published
by Entertainment Law Jurisprudence Journal and so on.
