Mayukh is a graduate of Symbiosis Law School (Pune), Symbiosis International University, and specializes in private equity, venture capital and M&A.
He regularly advises a variety of domestic and international clients, on both the buy and sell sides, with a focus on fintech, agri-tech, non-banking finance, impact, education, IT/ ITES, web 3.0, e-commerce, TMT, hospitality, and F&B sectors, on fund raising, mergers and acquisitions, structuring, externalization, exits, commercial contracts, and exchange control regulations.
The Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2021 edition recognized Mayukh as a Recommended Lawyer for Private Equity & Investment Funds.
In his spare time, Mayukh enjoys playing golf, watching football and mixed martial arts, and travelling.
