Trushita is part of the Intellectual Property practice and is based out of the firm’s Delhi office.
Trushita has three years of experience in advising a diverse range of clients across industries including sports and gaming, hospitality, pharmaceutical, publication, consumer electronics, FMCG, fashion, IT, real estate and media and entertainment, in relation to their Intellectual Property matters.
More particularly, Trushita has handled IP prosecution, enforcement, transactions, and regularly appeared before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court in contentious matters.
In her spare time, Trushita enjoys listening to music and traveling.
