is part of the Transactions practice and is based out of the firm’s Gurugram
office.
Shivani
has experience in advising clients across a range of sectors such as
manufacturing, Ed-Tech, e-commerce, IT, and fintech. She has, amongst others,
worked extensively on domestic and cross border M&A, advised on strategic
and financial investments, business restructuring, has undertaken compliance
reviews, and advised on other corporate and commercial matters.
In particular, Shivani has
experience on matters relating to Indian corporate and foreign investment laws,
drafting share purchase and subscription agreements, shareholders’ agreements
and business transfer agreements. Shivani has represented clients across
multiple jurisdictions including Singapore, USA and UK.
Shivani co-authors the bi-monthly
healthcare newsletter of INDUSLAW on the notable updates in the
Indian healthcare and pharma sector.
