Rishabh is part of the Banking & Finance practice and is based out of the firm’s Delhi office.

Rishabh Bhojwani advises clients on a range of matters across sectors, including banks, investors, funds, borrowers in relation to banking & financing transactions including structured finance and debt capital markets, and has extensively advised on projects & project financing, cross border financing, consortium lending, acquisition financing, as well as advising clients in relation to insolvency and restructuring transactions.

In particular, Rishabh has experience in advising clients with drafting and negotiating transaction related documentation, including loan agreements, debenture trust deeds, security documents including mortgage documents, deeds of hypothecation and pledge, and financing and project financing agreements, including debenture trustee/security trustee appointment agreements, escrow agreements, trust and retention  account agreements. Rishabh has also advised clients in drafting and preparing resolution plans under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, and acted as counsel to resolution professionals of companies undergoing corporate insolvency resolution process.

Rishabh has written on a variety of subjects including delisting of listed debentures and corporate debt market development fund, which have been published by ET Now, as well as on wilful defaulters which has been published in Moneycontrol.

In his spare time, Rishabh enjoys reading and listening to music.
