Anurag Prasad is part of the Private Equity, Venture Capital and Fund Investment & Mergers and Acquisitions practice and is based out of the firm’s Mumbai office.
Anurag primarily advises clients including strategic investors, investment funds, founders, companies, and other stakeholders on transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, setting up of joint ventures and a range of matters, across sectors including, renewable energy, FMCG, manufacturing, e-commerce, among others.
In particular Anurag has experience in advising on structural and regulatory considerations pertinent under FEMA, Companies Act and extant sectoral regulations that underly a transaction.
In his spare time, Anurag enjoys watching plays and travelling.
